Getting Error 4014 when trying to restore my iPad Air

I have tried all the possible fixes but nothing works, this is what I have tried so far

1. Home+Sleep button pressed for 10 seconds, release sleep button, ipad does not wake up

2. I have latest iTunes installed and I am using authentic Apple cables.

3. I am only using one USB port at a time.

4. I have tried combination of Home+Sleep button for different time intervals.

5. My ipad is charged.

iPad is detected in iTunes but I keep getting 4014 when I try to restore. I still believe its not a hardware issue.

Kindly help?
