how to improve speed on my Mac Pro early 2008

I have a early 2008 Mac Pro its is working fine. how is the best way to improve it performance?

Speed up which way?

Some apps use the graphics card for calculations and thus upgrading the graphics card would help. What type of card depends upon the apps you use. Adobe likes Nvidia better than AMD.

Also, more memory might help depending jupon the apps you use and how much memory you have now. 8 GB is min and 16 GB better
