Q: Cannot Import Actual CD After Quitting Apple Music
I tried Apple Music. It was fine, but I ended up unsubscribing.
While a subscriber, I downloaded an album. Upon quitting, I bought the physical CD and tried to import it (repeatedly) as an Apple Lossless file.
Instead, iTunes keeps importing it into the Apple Music folder as an m4a file. Even though I am ripping the ACTUAL CD.
Aby ideas on how to be able to inport an actual CD and have iTunes understand that it belongs in the Music folder, as an Apple Lossless file, and not as an Apple Music file?
Many thanks in advance.

.m4a is the file extension for both compressed AAC files and Apple Lossless Audio Codec.
