Q: iPhone touch problems

I'd certainly want to be able to listen to my voicemails and have the screen work on everything else.  We can see what's going on and help. 

If you haven't, let's force the Phone app and any apps where the screen won't respond to your touch: Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
