"Unable to Install Update"

Hello all-

I have an iPhone 5s and it had 9.3.3 software on it last night. I set it to download and install the update when it prompted me to, overnight when the phone was charging between 00:00 and 05:00. When I woke up, it said it was interrupted by an alarm. My cellular service is now not working. I'm trying to update and install iOS 9.3.5 today using Wifi, hoping that fixes my problem.

After downloading, I attempt to install the 9.3.5 update and it begins verifying then says "Unable to Install Update" and "An error occurred installing iOS 9.3.5." I have redownloaded twice.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage (the first one) > and if there is an update listed, delete it. Then restart, go to Settings > General > Software Update and try downloading the update again.

If this does not help try updating through iTunes on your computer.
