Unable to download purchases because I changed my Apple ID

When I bought my new iPhone, I was unable to download purchased songs, because I had purchased them using a different Apple ID . So I had to put in my old Apple ID and password to download the songs. Now when I try and download new purchases , I get the message that I can't download for 75 days, because only one Apple ID can be us every 90 days.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.5

When you redownload an account's past purchases you will tie the device (or computer) to that account for 90 days : View and remove your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support


You can either wait until the 90 days have completed, or try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will remove the association - use the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here
