Q: Some emails being selectively permanently deleted

I delete a lot of emails from my mailbox but frequently use the search function to find something when needed.  Recently, I've noticed several emails have been permanently deleted rather than moving to the trash folder and are gone forever.  Any help?

    Hi jvcjerry,

     If you are experiencing your emails permanently getting deleted, try checking the Mailbox behaviors for that specific email account. Your Mailbox behaviors will have settings which allows you to keep deleted messages for a specific period of time. Please see the link below for details on this.
