Q: Epson XP-810 printer loses color management in El Capitan

Moved my Epson XP-810 printer from a Mac Pro running 10.7.5 to a new Mac Pro running 10.11.6 and now I don't see any color management options in my printer. Reinstalled with the latest drivers 3 times. In Lion, I used to be able to set things like: brightness, contrast, saturation, cyan,magenta, yellow etc. Now I can't see any reference to color management anywhere in the print settings. This seems to be a particularly hard issue to solve. I have spent hours scouring the Internet for a solution with no luck.
