How do I download previously purchased music from iTunes now that I've changed my Apple ID it no longer shows up

How do I download previously purchased music from iTunes from a previous iPhone with a previous Apple ID? Didn't have an iPhone for approximately a year but music was in iCloud. Cannot access it now because I stupidly changed my Apple ID. I cannot sign in using the old ID. Please help, I'm lost!
