Q: Windows doesn't work after resizing partition in OSX Disk Utilities

My Mac is a late 2009 13" Macbook and it's on OSX 10.9.5. And I'm using Windows 7.

I believe it was deleted by the original owner who I got it from. And I've started the scanning process it's analyzing right now. I see that the process takes some time, so I will let you know when I've completed it.

Understood. I've been looking at the ratio, it shouldn't be me much longer now.

And yes Windows was already installed.

Sorry for the late reply, I just got back to being able to work on the laptop. But I've identified the partition with my files it is this one here.

I've begun following the steps in the tutorial but after typing the correct offsets (step 7-9), I pressed P and there was no changes made. What should I do now? Here's a picture.

Do I have to edit down the end sector for partition 2 before I can edit the beginning sector of partition 3?
