ineligible songs in itunes library

I have ineligible songs in my iTunes library they are frozen cant delete. I don't want them anymore songs are also ineligible for icloud also all songs were purchased with an old iTunes login in which I don't remember the login I've tried everything and nothing seems to work including unhiding purchases.
