Apple World Traveller Adapter Kit

Help me to understand (Why?) the World Travel Adapter Kit (which includes an adapter for Europe) does NOT include an adapter for Switzerland? Last time I checked Switzerland was part of the world and part of Europe. However, if you are traveling in Europe AND Switzerland, you will need a Type J adapter for Switzerland which is not available in the World Travel Adapter Kit with the other appropriate adapters.
