Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I understand from your post that you would like to view the individual Safari history to determine where some questionable content may be coming from. I understand your concern and the need to find out where this content is originating from. When your devices are connected through iCloud all of the history is merged. One option would be to remove the check mark next to the Safari option on your Macs under System Preferences > iCloud and on your iPhones and iPad under Settings > iCloud > Safari > slide the switch to off.
Then check each device's history. On your Mac, while viewing Safari click the word History at the top of the screen and click View History. On your iPhones and iPad, tap Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data.
Please consider creating a separate iCloud account and Apple ID from your ex husband, as iCloud data is shared across devices. For the sake of privacy each family member should have their own Apple ID for iCloud purposes. Purchases can continue to be shared across devices by using Family Sharing. For more information on iCloud and Family Sharing, please click the links below:
Please note that Family Sharing can also share locations between family members, but this can be deactivated also for privacy.
Best Regards
