release icloud space to 0 without pay any more to increase the space

how to release my iclould space to back up becuase I have 623.3 MB left and I dont want to pay more.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.5

System Preferences/iCloud/Manage and delete data. For a device, Settings/iCloud/Storage/Manage Storage.
