Hi , since I updated 9.3.5 I have problems

HI since i updated to 9.3.5 I cant load some websites help please. I tried different browsers in my iPad also and it didn't help . I cleaned my cache my memory and restarted my iPad Pro and also it didnt help.

I Add example from Fiverr.com

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.
