Q: How to install OS X on MAC with Windows 10

I have Mac mini with SSD (there WAS OS X) and HDD (there is Windows 10). SSD with OS X is broken, so I want to work Windows 10. But now, when I turn it ON, I can see just grey screen for 4 second and after the WIndows boots.
I have Windows keyboard but I try CTRL+Alt+R  or Windows+Alt+R or just Alt, but no shortcut works.

Now I have Mac mini with just Windows 10. I split the storage for two parts and I want to install OS X on the second part. How can I do it?? Is there any BIOS or mode for setting boot or anything? Thank you!!

Mac mini, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

    - Are you using a wired KB? Sometimes wireless keyboards do not work with the special startup. Thus, use a wired KB if you are now not using one.

    - Next what model Mini? The 201 and newer have Internet Recovery. Internet Recovery cold be added to the 2010 Mini by doing a EFI firmware update. If you have Internet Recovery then try booting to that and installing OSX.

holding down Option-Command-R to start up from OS X Internet Recovery*.

    - If no Internet Recovery then you will have to install Snow Leopard via DVD and upgrade via Mac App Store.  Also, if you have another Mac you can download the EL Capitan installer from the Purchases section of the Mac App Store and make a USB bootable media using

    http://liondiskmaker.com/

Then boot from the install media and install El Capitan

Try booting while depressing Windows key+Alt+R.

    Next try another keyboard.
