Aug 27, 2016 7:57 AM in response to rexortegaby gdgmacguy,If the basic troubleshooting steps recommended by Apple (restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device) do not work, then you likely have a hardware issue. You'll need to bring the phone to Apple for evaluation and probable replacement.
