Aug 27, 2016 2:35 AM in response to Kingxenoby King_Penguin,What exactly happens when you try to download something ,if you are getting an error message what does it say ? If you've changed the account's password have you also done : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support ? If after resetting your password and following those instructions you are still getting an account locked message try contacting iTunes Support via the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here.
