The case of Apple Watch Sport has an anodized finish. The only way to restore an anodized finish is to completely remove it and re-anodize the whole case.
Apple does not recommend using cleaning products or polishing or buffing the watch with abrasives. Rather than fixing scratches or scrapes, use of abrasives (including mechanical polishing) would only cause further damage to the anodized finish:

Cosmetic damage isn't covered under either the One-Year Limited Warranty or AppleCare+.
