Q: Convert SD to Mac OS format
I have a mid 2013 MacBook Air. I added an SD card to store my pictures on when I started running out of space on the hard drive. I want to turn on my iCloud Photo Directory but it yells at me and says that my drive is not Mac OS Standard or extended formatted. I checked the SD card and it says it is something called exFat. Can I reformat it to a format that will make the Photos happy? If so, how do I do this? Thanks.
MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.3)

Copy any files on it you’d like to keep to a different drive, choose Utilities from the Finder’s Go menu, open the Disk Utility, and reformat it.
