Q: Airport Extreme vs windows 10

Is Airport Extreme compatible with Windows 10?

This depends on what you mean by "compatible".

 

If you have the current "tower" model of the AirPort Extreme, then Windows cannot be used to initially set up and administer the AirPort Extreme.  You'll need a Mac or an iPhone/iPad for that service.  However, once the AirPort Extreme has been set up, the PC should be able to connect to the wireless signal that the AirPort Extreme provides.

 

If you have an older "flat or square" version of the AirPort Extreme and AirPort Utility 5.6.1 for Windows has been installed on the PC, then the PC could be used to initially set up and administer the AirPort Extreme.
