Esinter shows 90% and more COU usage in Activity Monitor

Checking with Etrecheck, I see a flag for 98% CPU usage in the Top Processes list for "esinter".

This is confirmed with Application Monitor (there the percentage varies, of course, but is consistently around the 90% and more mark).

I have tried Quitting and Force Quitting "esinter" in Activity Monitor, but it returns after just a few seconds.

What is it and how can I get rid of it?

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

/Library/Application Support/ArcSoft/esinter/esinter.app/Contents/MacOS/esinter

ArcSoft software you installed.
