Aug 28, 2016 4:12 AM in response to Terobereoby Terobereo,Now reopening the computer won't solve the problem now. I tried 10-11 times and it didn't work. I sleeped and when I wake up i tried again and it didn't work. Now I'm typing this from my computer because I found a keyboard at my home. But the keyboard and trackpad in the computer still won't work. Please help fast. This is kinda urgent.

Aug 28, 2016 4:23 AM in response to RIFerrarrby Terobereo,I don't know any tech things but do I need to backup my files? I don't want to lose my files.
Also why there is two things? Which one should I do first?

Aug 28, 2016 4:27 AM in response to Terobereoby RIFerrarr,You should have a backup procedure in place already, do you? If not, connect an external drive and copy the files you do not want to loose to it.
It does not matter which one you do first.

Sep 21, 2016 11:43 AM in response to Terobereoby Terobereo,I've send the computer to IT but I guess they seem to do the same thing as I did, it worked for 3-5 minutes and doesn't work again. Any other suggestions, or last hope, i must bring the computer to Apple.
