Can you please try restating this? I believe there may be a typo or two and I'm not sure exactly what you are asking.
What is the issue? You need to explain in more details. Are you able to connect to Wi-Fi? If not try this:
Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Hi,
We have no of knowing what you have tried that didn't work ...
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
if that doesn't help, restart your Wi-Fi router and your iPad.
WEll I don't have wifi I have a wireless Internet so whatever I want to download on iit won't work do you have any suggestions on what to do
WEll what I mean is that I have a iOS iPad it's an older one so everytime I want to download it won't work so what do I need to do
Okay, so it appears that you have a wi-fi only iPad. You seem to be experiencing some issues with downloading. Are you saying that you do not have a wi-fi network available to you at home, school, work, etc.? What is it that you are trying to do with the iPad, download content, backup, what exactly are you wanting to do?
WEll I don't have wifi period I'm trying to download anything I can't any suggestions
I don't have wifi on my iPad it's wireless Internet I'm trying to download anything but I can't any suggestions on how I do that
Okay, so the wi-fi on your iPad is not working? Is that what you are saying? If you attempt to turn it on it is not coming on, or you cannot find a wi-fi network to connect to? I'm trying to understand the exact issue here. If you have a wi-fi only iPad, then you need to be in range of a wi-fi network to be able to download anything. You need to connect to that wi-fi network. Are you saying that you do not have a wi-fi network at home, or are you saying that you cannot connect to it?
YEs I don't have wifi at all I have wireless Internet without wifi so I can't download anything so do I need to upgrade my storage mg on my iPad in which I've tried to do that didn't work either
yes that's what I'm saying I don't have wifi all I have is wireless Internet without wifi so now I can't download anything so any suggestions
I believe there is a communication issue here with us. If you have wireless internet, that should be wi-fi. I don't understand why you cannot connect to wi-fi. What is this wireless internet that you have? Are you able to connect any computing devices to that wireless internet?
YEs I have wireless Internet without wifi its verizon wireless Internet so when I want to download something I can't do it so do I need to upgrade my storage on my older iPad 2 in which I've tried to do on line but that didn't work either any suggestions on what to do now
If you have Verizon wireless internet, you should be able to connect your iPad to that. I've never heard of wireless internet that is not wireless. I suggest you contact Verizon for some assistance to connect your wi-fi device to their internet.
You cannot upgrade the storage on an iPad, or any iOS device. They come with fixed storage capacity. You have to delete content to gain more storage area. You do not need to get online to do that. I believe that you may be misunderstanding the difference between storage on the iPad, and iCloud, which is what you seem to be referring to when you speak about upgrading storage online.
WHat I'm saying is when I got my wireless Internet that didn't come with wifi in which I don't have so what your telling me is in order for me to be able to download anything on my ipad2 is to go to Verizon so they can upgrade my storage
