Q: "Learn more" links within Settings

When updating some settings I tried to click on the blue link under the setting which says "Learn more about...". It doesn't do anything. For example, from my homescreen I open Settings app, scroll down to Safari click to open settings. The first section is for changing search settings, with options like Search Engine, Search Engine Suggestions, etc. Just below these options is a hyperlink that says "About search and privacy...". But when I tap to open it, it does nothing. This is just one example, but there are many of these through the entire Settings app. Not having any issues with the links that are part of the Setting itself, for example, if I go into Music settings, I can choose the Join Apple Music hyperlink....but if instead I try to access the learn more link just below that, doesn't do anything. I noticed it just today, so wondering if there were any updates available I checked. I had one available which I installed. It didn't fix the issue.
