I have 4 drives on my mac pro and just lost one of them. It just disappeared from my desktop and doesn't show up in finder. How do I find it?????

Have you rebooted?
Have you pulled the HD sled out and reinsert the sled?
Have you swapped the HD bays that the problem one is located?
- Does it show in Disk Utility?
- Does it show in System Profiler under SATA/SATA Express?
