Faces Album on Photos: how to create a new one and use it?

Both iPhotos and Photo apps have "Faces" category default, but the iPhoto is easy and the Photo is driving me nuts. I did it before but can't let it happen experimentally now: HOW TO ADD ANOTHER FACE AND CREATE A NEW ALBUM WITHING THE "FACE ALBUM" ON PHOTOS? And once one has these lovely circle of faces into different people is done and available: how to use them elsewhere? Clicking here and there to investigate but unsuccessful with any indicators in this Photo application for creating a new face nor how to make use of the one's i have. 😕

Thank you for your time and consideration.

My goodness! I just posted this and went back and just highlighted the new face (which i could only create on the iPhoto app by clicking "i" icon that appears there by not that i can see on the Photos app ...... then synchronization moved that 'faces' to appear on Photos. Getting a new album on Photos was this simple: (once the face was being recognized through iPhotos) as dragging the recognized face into the line up of circles and named faces: when i went to drag it was prompted to 'name it' and it went in line with the others.

Now : how to use this elsewhere as a circled face and not the entire picture it originated in? 🙂
