Aug 27, 2016 3:25 PM in response to Pheefersssby sberman,Reset the iPhone by holding the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
Also, check for a carrier settings update by doing Settings > General > About and see if you're notified of one of these. (No notification when you're at "About" means you are fine.)
Finally, AT&T provides an app called AT&T Mark the Spot (free) available here:

You may use this app to notify AT&T of areas where you have less than good coverage from them.
