Q: Daughter just got a new Iphone6s 9.3.1 and cannot access her emails. Gets message, "Cannot Get Mail The user name or password for "Gmail" is incorrect." Obviously, we have done something wrong....does anyone know how to fix this?
My daughter just upgraded to an iPhone 6s. She is neither able to receive or send emails.....for that matter, she cannot even access her Messages. Just now, the phone wants to upgrade to 9.3.5....will this solve this email problem?

Go ahead and update to 9.3.5 even though that will not likely solve the email issue (the additional security is important). Then try resetting your Mail Account. First close your Mail App completely from the app switcher window by double clicking the Home button and swiping up the Mail preview pane until it disappears from the screen. Then go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > locate your email provider, click on the account and swipe to Delete. Then restart the device. Then go back to Settings > Mail… and add the account again. Follow this:
