Q: My iPhone 4s has been robbed.

Hello,

my iPhone has been robbed in Spain. I'm French. I've tried "localize my iphone" on a computer but it doesn't work, it is written "iphone not connected". But I know the serial number and the IMEI of my iPhone. What can I do please ? thanks a lot, my best regards. Stephane.

There is nothing else to be done. The serial number is an identifier. It has nothing to do with tracking. If Find my iPhone is unable to locate it, then you are out of luck.
