Q: iPad Mini not turning on

My iPad won't turn on. I tried everything (unless there are other ways) I also tried resetting my iPad where i press the home and power button, i did that a lot of times already and in different ways - when charging, not charging, and now that I am connecting it to my Macbook Air. I also tried that thing where I connect my iPad to my macbook because it has iTunes but it says error because my macbook needed to be updated (my laptop is iOS 6.5) and it needed to be like iOS 7 something. I tried updating my macbook twice but I keep failing because of the storage I have. AGAIN, I have another problem, I can't even delete the documents I want to delete! I did a lot of research for all of my technical problems but none of it just works! Don't worry about all of those problems, I'll just be asking you how to fix my iPad

Going back to the iPad...

When I charged my iPad, i heard the sound effect that every apple phone or tablet has right after plugging in the connector to your gadget so I was thinking that my iPad wasn't really dead and there are other ways for me to fix this before going to the apple store because they would probably request that we replace it. Like before, my iPad just got cracked and they already suggested replacing it, but when I went to another store somewhere, they told me it was only P2,000 (I'm from the Philippines) and we go there every time my iPad gets cracked or broken or something.

I SWEAR I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING THIS TIME BEFORE THE SCREEN WENT BLACK OUT. I remember the battery was like 5-10 (i'm not sure) percent before it became like that. I really don't know what happened. I just left my iPad lying on my bed and i was there too, but I was focused on watching TV. There's no way someone did something to it because there was nobody there and the door was locked. PLEASE HELP ME PLEAAASE. I love my parents, maybe we are rich or we are able to buy a lot of apple products, but I want to save money cos I know the how hard my parents work for us just to provide our needs and wants. Even though I'm complaining why my mom can't buy me an iPhone but she bought an LV bag worth more than an iPhone But it's fine, maybe i'll understand why women love bags when I grow up. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT I DID AND WHAT TO DO, I'M 13 PLEASE HELP ME. I would really appreciate it! Thank you in Advanced!
