I sent an ITunes gift card via email to another user. That user accidentally deleted the email with the redemption code. How can we get it again?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 4.3.3

It's not still in the Trash folder on their email account ? If not see if you can resend it : Resend iTunes Gifts - Apple Support
