Why doesn't my printer load after updating software?
After updating software I am not able to connect to my printer. I get an error message, CIJ
OBS MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2008), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)
What device did you update?
Is the printer local or network?
Does the printer have drivers for the current OS? If not it won't work.
Give us a bit of info.. like
Printer model XYX plugged by USB into airport Express model ABC running firmware 1.2.3. Attempting to print from computer running 10.11.6 that worked fine on 10.10.5
Then we have some idea of what you need.
