How do i add devices to my apple account
"My Apple account" is too vague... where are you trying to add devices?
In iTunes? See View and remove your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support.
If you're just trying to register the products in your name go to http://supportprofile.apple.com and look for the Add Device link.
