Q: Configuer new LDAP email-account

Hello,

 

I'm not able to add a new LDAP email account.

 

The wizard does noch allow to configure security option (STARTTLS) and port, so I receive a error message: "Accountname/Passwort konnte nicht überprüft werden / accountname/password could not be verified."

 

Any hints?

    You will need the account settings/ports.

     

    Delete the account, then add it back. After filling in the 1st screen, hold down the option/alt key while clicking Continue. Fill in the necessary information, then click continue until all screens are filled in.

    Dear Eric,

     

    unfortunately no more options appear, though I'm pressing the option/alt key in the first dialog:Bildschirmfoto 2016-08-29 um 12.10.07.png

    I hold down the option/alt key an klick on "Anmelden" and this dialog appears:

    No field for security option (STARTTLS) and port.

    If I click on Anmelden again, it takes about 30 seconds and then the red error message appears.

     

    Any more ideas?
