Space is going over the limits.

Hello! Just a question. Today i was downloading a 30GB file for a game. i went to see how much space i got left, but when i did i got surprised. It said that my apps used 7.43TB while i dont have that much space. Is this a bug/glitch or some sort of problem on my mac?

That display cannot be relied upon for accuracy due to a big in the program that generates it. A rebuild of Spotlight usually, but not always, correct it.

If you want accurate information regarding the space on your HDD, download from the Internet OmniDiskSweeper and Grand Perspective (both free) and open them. They will show all of your files and the respective sizes.
