Need to keep custom ringtone and vibrate

ok so a lot of people have problems with that part of making a ringtone, its hard to explain with words so do you want to FaceTime using messenger?

and for the vibration make sure you didnt disable vibrations. Settings > General > Accessibility > Vibration
