Aug 28, 2016 11:32 AM in response to Jimzgoldfinchby haflagirl,Already done. It doesn't help. I've also signed out and back in again. No difference. I *always* have to sign in to match when I want to update from the computer to my ipad. The only difference between this and syncing the old fashioned way is I've replaced having to plug in a cord with having to log in and give my computer permission to match every time I use it.

Aug 28, 2016 12:10 PM in response to Jimzgoldfinchby haflagirl,Yes. I read this and followed these directions before asking my question here. The point is these instructions do not work to prevent me from having to "add this computer" every time I want to match content, event though I've added the same said computer dozens of times before.
