Hello,
I can see all of my photos on the icloud website however when I go into icloud photos on my PC there is nothing there and when I choose the download option it shows folders for each year but they have no photos in them.
Please can anyone help, I'm desperate to download these pictures onto my PC.

I had a call with tech support today who helped me set it up but I'm wondering if it takes a while to download as I have 2,000 photos.
I had over 7000 photos/videos to upload to iCloud and it took me about 1-2 weeks.
I'm trying to download from iCloud to my PC, it has created folders for each year but these are currently empty and it doesn't appear that anything is running in the background to download these.
