Q: Playback not resuming on episode I was last listening to
Since a recent update, when listening to podcasts in iTunes on my Mac, when I close the app or listen to a different podcast and then go back to the first podcast, iTunes no longer resumed playing the episode I was last listening to. Instead, it plays either the first or last episode (depending on whether play order is set from oldest to newest or vice verse).
This is a recent update, and I can't seem to restore the old behavior.
It is quite annoying when listening for a second time through a back-catalogue of a podcast with hundreds of episodes, since I have to guess which episode I MIGHT have been listening to and then click around until I find one that is partially-played. I have had to resort to taking a screenshot of the current episode before I switch to another podcast or close iTunes so I know where I left off.
Is this a bug? An I missing a setting that is buried in a sub-menu somewhere? Or is this the new de-facto behavior?
