THe title bar displays the title correctly, the page is an image for preview however it is not the correct image. I don't think this is related to any device or computer with the exception of iOs devices.

Safari still insists on showing a cached version. I wonder if removing Safari will be an option in the new version. At last, all other os'es have that option.

Try quitting Safari, double tap the Home button, and swipe Safari upwards. Then remove the website data using the links above and then reopen Safari.
