Q: Unable to connect to network message

Getting "unable to connect to network" message On my iPad.  We have 4 "I" devices. Two iPhones and two iPads.

Three other devices connect without problem. Have cycled iPad off and on, reset network settings, still not able to connect. iOS is up to date.

iPad, iOS 9.3.5
