Q: On iPad, cannot turn off auto renew for a subscription
I Tried going thru the App Store then thru settings. The green slide button will not slide to the left to turn off. I only have an iPad and iPhone. I followed the instructions for each way. I can get to manage account. I select the subscription I want to cancel. I try to slide the button left but it will not move. I only have an iPad and iPhone. Please Help. Thank You.
