Hello riley-riley,
Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important getting these videos working again is to you! If I understand correctly, you are unable to play videos on your new iPhone 5S that you had taken on your old iPhone 4S since transferring your personal data to your new phone. I have a couple of suggestions to resolve this issue and get these videos working again!
1. First, please import the videos from your iPhone 5S to a computer and try playing them on the computer. After importing, do not delete or remove them from your iPhone, just to be safe. I would also recommend making a backup at this point, as well.

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
2. If the videos play on your computer after importing, then you can try syncing that copy of the video from the computer back to your iPhone using iTunes. Once you sync the videos back to the iPhone, trying playing both copies of the same video and see if they work.
Keep your photos safely stored and up to date on all your devices
Cheers!
