iPhone 5s does not recognise Apple ID password

HI,


I am having problems with my iPhone 5s as the IOS system does not recognise the Apple ID password. I had to reset it twice and I keep on experiencing the same issue. The new password works with the iPad. I also had to change the icloud password and it is recognised by my iPad and not by my iPhone.


Does anyone know how to resolve the issue? resetting the password does not work and I am experiencing problems only with the iPhone (cannot get into iTunes, cannot upgrade apps, etc).

Let's start by making sure that the Apple ID in your iPhone is entered correctly. You can follow the steps in this knowledge base article on how to sign in with your new Apple ID.
