Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I see from your post that you are unable to sign in with your new Apple ID on your iPhone, while being able to do so on your iPad. I'm happy to provide you with some direction to resolve this.
Let's start by making sure that the Apple ID in your iPhone is entered correctly. You can follow the steps in this knowledge base article on how to sign in with your new Apple ID.
