various artist not in compilations

I am using iTunes 12.4.3.1 on a Mac with El Capitan. I have discovered a section in my iTunes with compilations as a heading. I also discovered compilations in my iTunes Music folder in the finder. I also have 64 albums in iTunes that are listed as various artist, but do not show up under compilations. I have both purchased from iTunes and discs that I downloaded to iTunes. I have a two cd album, Forever, For Always, For Luther Vols 1 and 2. Vol 1 is in the compilations grouping and Vol 2 is not. How do I get the various artists albums to move to the compilations heading?

Crap! You're right!

But I've figured it out. If you only have one song from a compilation, (for instance "Ramona" by Beck on the Scott Pilgrim Soundtrack), that song will be listed under Beck. If you change album artist to Various Artists, it will list it in Various Artists, but not Compilations.

BUT, if you have TWO songs from a compilation (from two different artists - and there's the rub), and change album artist to Various Artists, it will put it into Compilations. You need to have more than one song from the album for iTunes to recognize it as a "Compilation"
