Q: "Apple ID Disabled" and not being able to add card

Whenever I try to download an application, the alert "Your Apple ID had been disabled." and I am also unable to add a card to my account, it's saying "Your payment method was declined. Please enter another payment method."

Hi,

 

You need to unlock your Apple ID before you can add a payment method.

 

Follow the instructions >  If your Apple ID is locked - Apple Support
