Q: Safari browsing problem
when browsing on safari web pages keep reloading, can not close without powering off. This started happening after last security update. any suggestions to fix problem?
iPad 2, iOS 9.3.4

Apple Watch
Tap Settings > Safari then swipe down and tap to: Clear History & Website Data
Then restart your iPad and try Safari.
