Q: Air drop from iPhone6 to Mac Pro
I am unable to sync Notes from my iPhone 6 to my 2010 Mac Pro (El Capitan 10.11.6) They both have Air Drop, but aren't 'seeing' each other. I have the Air Drop window open on the Mac, and Air Drop enabled and ready to share on my phone, but, my Mac's name isn't showing up. What to do?

Hi,
Syncing Notes from the iPhone to your Mac requires iCloud.
Setup instructions here > http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/
Using iCloud, if you make changes on a note on your Mac it will be updated on your iPhone via Wi-Fi.
AirDrop is for sending data, not syncing > Use AirDrop to send content from your Mac - Apple Support
