Q: Gift Card
Daughter sent me a gift card and it was sent to my Yahoo address. I click the button to redeem and it sends me to a screen to DOWNLOAD iTunes again. Prompted to Repair or remove. What am I doing incorrectly? I do not see the funds on my screen.

Try opening the email in a different browser and see if the redeem button in the email then works. Or try right-clicking the redeem button and copy its address, extract the code from that, and redeem it (Redeem iTunes and Apple Music Gift Cards and codes - Apple Support)
